"Disappointingly, the Magnetic tongs were a bust"
Unfortunately, the Magnetic tongs didn't do the trick, but Tevin quickly processed the refund and everything was sorted out. Great customer service, just a bummer that the item didn't function as expected. Much appreciated!

"Absolutely worth every penny!"
I’d totally suggest this class to anyone! I gained a ton of knowledge from it, and the food was delicious. They sent me all the recipes afterward, and I can confidently say it’s worth the cost. I’ll be back for more classes in the near future!

We popped into the Borough Market shop since we weren’t entirely certain about what we were after. The staff member who helped us was amazing—super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really courteous. Not wanting to lug the stuff around, we set up for delivery. The goods showed up the very next day. I’ll definitely swing by Borough Kitchen again and won’t think twice about stopping in when I’m in London.

"Spent way too much on kitchen gear..."
Dropped over a grand on pots and pans from Borough Kitchen, and sadly, one fryer was defective right after the first use. The customer service is just terrible and downright rude, not helpful in the slightest. They don’t want to give a refund or swap it for a new one, even though it clearly wasn’t our fault. Their excuse for not changing it or refunding is that we used it once! Makes no sense, since that’s how we discovered it was faulty. They’re all nice when you’re paying, but turn rude when there’s a problem. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.
